How many times have you heard a coach or parent utter these words? "If you wanted to do it that bad you would just do it". "You need to stop being scared and just do it". "Don't think about it, just go!". "You need to get out of your head!". If you are interested in this course my guess is probably a few times and despite your desire and knowledge to do these skills, you just can’t seem to get yourself to do them. Your Coaches, Teammates and Parents all want you to do the skill and you’re frustrated because at one point in time you could. However, no matter how bad your supporters want it for you, you want it even more for yourself. Chances are you feel frustrated, annoyed, and stuck, especially as tryouts or competitions approach. I want to say to you, I’m sorry you are experiencing this. I have some good news though; YOU ARE NOT ALONE! I have personally worked with hundreds of athletes across the country who are experiencing the exact same thing! Through this training you will gain real strategies you can apply in the gym during moments when you are feeling stuck.
Make sure to bring your specific questions for the allotted Q&A portion at the end of the training.
Coach, are you tired, frustrated, and find yourself feeling defeated? Do you have one or maybe a few athletes that leave you drained mentally, physically and emotionally? Day in and day out you give them your all but at the end of the lesson they have only completed one, maybe two passes. You spot them, encourage them, and do everything you know how to with nothing but hesitation and tears.
If this sounds like you, then coach, you are in the right spot. For over 10 years I have been working with, refining and gaining momentum in the field of tumbling blocks. I have not only been in your situation but I have also helped hundreds of coaches across the nation get out of this rut themselves. In this course I will teach you practical and situational methods that involve both verbal and physical strategies to get your athlete flipping one again!
Make sure to bring your specific questions for the allotted Q&A portion at the end of the training.
As a parent of a tumbler experiencing a fear block you are probably experiencing frustration and confusion. At this point you have probably invested thousands of dollars into private lessons, classes, and trainings for your athlete. Your athlete, who at one point was throwing this same skill with ease. You may feel tired, even unsure of what to say or how to support them. At times you may question if you are helping them or making things worse. Are you supporting them through this emotionally draining situation the right way?
Mom/Dad/Caregiver, I am so sorry your athlete is going through this. And to you, thank you for continuing to believe and invest in their journey, goals and dreams. If you are reading about this course I know you care deeply about the success of your child. So hear me out, what if you were actually the gateway to your child’s success? What if, by investing in yourself you could become a better support for your athlete. In this course I will cover some practical principles you can apply with your athletes. We will cover talking points and tips for after practice car rides and at the dinner table. This course will help you become your athletes number one support system.
Make sure to bring your specific questions for the allotted Q&A portion at the end of the training.
